On July 27, 2018, the 3rd session of the Wumei Family Law Salon Series was successfully held at Guangdong Wumei Law Firm. For this session, Wumei was honored to invite Attorney Li Jinghuan, Senior Partner of Kangda Law Firm (Guangzhou Office), to deliver a thematic sharing.
Drawing on his rich practical experience in corporate legal affairs, Attorney Li Jinghuan, from the perspective of a corporate law expert, gave a presentation themed “Practical Guidelines on Hot Issues of Corporate Equity”. He generously shared professional insights on equity disposal with peers engaged in marriage and family legal practice.
During the lecture, Attorney Li explained obscure professional corporate legal terms in a vivid and easy-to-understand manner. Combined with case analysis, he fully shared the key points of corporate equity disposal with all attending practitioners.
The salon lasted nearly two hours without intermission. Participants still felt unsatisfied with the duration and expressed anticipation for a Version 2.0 sharing by Attorney Li Jinghuan.
