On the afternoon of June 12, 2025, the 48th session of the Wumei Family Law Salon themed "Enforcement Practice of Marital and Family Cases" was successfully held at Guangdong Wumei Law Firm. The salon was delivered by Lawyer Liu Xiaofeng, Member of the 12th Guangdong Lawyers Association’s Special Committee on Non-performing Asset Disposal Law, from Dafang Law Firm, and hosted by Lawyer Mei Jie from Guangdong Wumei Law Firm, with more than 30 lawyers in attendance.

During the event, Lawyer Liu Xiaofeng delivered an in-depth sharing around the theme of "Key Issues in the Enforcement of Marital and Family Cases". Starting with the enforcement procedure, she elaborated on each key link in the case enforcement process in combination with the People’s Court Guidelines for Handling Enforcement Cases (Second Edition) and the Guangdong Lawyers Association’s Recommended Procedures for Lawyers Handling Enforcement Legal Business, enabling the participating lawyers to gain a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the enforcement procedure.

In the case analysis session, Lawyer Liu carefully selected several representative marital and family enforcement cases. Through vivid narration, she in-depth analyzed the legal points, controversial focuses and enforcement difficulties behind each case. When talking about the difficulty in enforcement, Lawyer Liu directly addressed the pain points, pointing out that the difficulty in enforcing marital and family cases is mainly reflected in the resistance psychology of the person subject to enforcement, the difficulty in finding property clues, and the interference of the complexity of family relations in enforcement. In response to these intractable problems, such as the emotional opposition and resistance of the person subject to enforcement, the difficulty in collecting evidence in the enforcement of property division, the difficulty in enforcing visitation rights, and the dilemma in enforcing child support recovery, she also shared a series of effective enforcement countermeasures, such as using diversified investigation methods to dig out property clues, skillfully applying the compulsory measures granted by law, and attaching importance to communication and coordination with parties to resolve resistance emotions. These countermeasures provided new ideas for lawyers to overcome enforcement difficulties in practical work.

This salon built a professional communication platform for lawyers, helping to improve their practical ability in the enforcement of marital and family cases. In the future, Guangdong Wumei Law Firm will continue to carry out high-quality salon activities to contribute to the development of the legal profession.
